Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of documented healthcare experience or high-volume customer service/office management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Social Media; comfortable learning specialized CRM/scheduling software.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand professional English (bilingual proficiency is a significant advantage) and communicate effectively.
  • Treats clients, staff, and the public with courtesy and respect, presenting a positive public image while ensuring strict confidentiality and security of medical information.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, Certified CPR, and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
  • Ensures confidentiality and security of the client’s medical information while treating clients, staff, and the public with courtesy, respect, and a positive public image.

Nice To Haves

  • LVN, EMT, or medical background highly preferred.
  • Current CNA license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and solve complex client schedules via proprietary management system, ensuring 100% coverage and zero gaps in care.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts before they happen and participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure brand standards are always met.
  • Participate in a weekly Monday through Sunday after-hours rotation, compensated with a $150 weekly on-call stipend plus standard hourly pay for any active after-hours call resolution or emergency scheduling.
  • Manage the intake process for new leads with professional etiquette that drives branch revenue.
  • Execute a consistent communication schedule (24-hour, 7-day, and 30-day check-ins) to ensure client-caregiver compatibility.
  • Proactively seek out Google reviews from satisfied clients to bolster our community reputation.
  • Source, screen, and interview caregiver candidates to build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified talent for the branch.
  • Lead employee orientations and manage digital onboarding workflows via WorkBright for a seamless transition from candidate to caregiver.
  • Audit and maintain staff credentials (CNA/LVN licenses, CPR, TB clearances, auto insurance) to ensure 100% audit-readiness.
  • Facilitate accurate medical coding and time records to ensure timely ADP payroll processing.
  • Maintain secure, HIPAA-compliant records (digital and physical) that are always "audit-ready" for Joint Commission surveys.
  • Assist with Social Media by creating and scheduling engaging posts to increase recruitment.
  • Work with the Director of Nursing (DON) to communicate plan-of-care details and support caregiver competency assessments.
  • Greet visitors with warmth, manage multi-line phones, order supplies, and provide professional proofreading and clerical support.
