About The Position

BMW of Freehold is hiring a full-time Client Advisor to help customers choose and purchase vehicles and to deliver a high-quality experience throughout the process. The role is performance-driven, with estimated annual earnings described as approximately $75,000 to $120,000+ in the opening and $70,000 to $120,000 in the Total Rewards section. Compensation may include commissions based on individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability; actual pay depends on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. The position requires Saturday and evening availability. The successful candidate will assist customers in-store and online, present vehicle features, conduct test drives, follow up on leads, and work with management and finance to finalize deals. Applicants must have at least two years of automotive sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Requirements

At least 2 years of automotive sales experience.
Familiarity with dealership management systems.
Proficiency in converting leads and overcoming objections.
Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Availability to work Saturdays and evenings.

Responsibilities
