About The Position
Maison Host-Atlanta (Phipps Plaza) is seeking a Client Advisor to join their High Jewelry Maison. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience within an enchanting and creative environment. Van Cleef & Arpels values passionate experts, encourages reinvention through new projects, and believes in the power of diversity and inclusion to drive excellence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury fashion and retail, a Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field, or one year of experience in retail, contact center, or customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid work authorization for employment in the USA

Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique
- Manage inbound calls
- Provide written responses to customers’ inquiries via Email and Chat, addressing a wide variety of topics such as hours of operation and queries about the repair process
