About The Position
Raley's is hiring a positive, passionate, accountable Clerk to perform a variety of tasks throughout the store and provide customers with a memorable experience. Clerks are responsible team players who are ready to learn, work at a fast pace, maintain a strong focus on safety, and help carry out duties across different departments. The role supports the store team in serving the community. The company describes its vision as changing the way the world eats, one plate at a time. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age; must be at least 21 for a position that serves alcohol.
- Ability to meet the required work schedule and adhere to the company attendance policy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service, restaurant, barista, food service, grocery, or similar experience is desired.
- An interest in food and cooking is a plus.
- Self-motivation and strong attention to detail, quality, and presentation.
