The Clerk, Scheduling/Testing Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of routine accounting duties, in compliance with government and management directives. This role involves operating electronic data processing equipment, administering tests like TABE and Pre-GED, interpreting test results, and managing student schedules. The coordinator will also assist in troubleshooting data equipment, ensure contractual compliance, prepare various reports, and maintain office organization and security of student information. The position requires active participation in student employability programs, adherence to the Job Corps’ Zero Tolerance Policy, and promotion of Career Success Standards, while maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
