The Scheduling Clerk / Testing Coordinator reports to the academics manager/co-disability coordinator and is responsible for all administrative functions related to the processing of student schedules and TABE testing administration, in compliance with government and management directives. The role involves operating electronic data processing equipment, administering and interpreting test results, managing student schedules, assisting with data equipment troubleshooting, ensuring contractual compliance, preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting student employability programs.
