About The Position

At Clark Pacific, the Scheduling Clerk plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by managing and maintaining production schedules. Working closely with the Plant Manager and Corporate Scheduling Manager, this role coordinates across engineering, production, and field teams to ensure projects are scheduled, tracked, and executed efficiently. The Scheduling Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate scheduling data, monitoring job progress, and ensuring communication across departments to keep operations running smoothly. Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information Maintain and review daily cast schedules, including close pours and missed pours Initiate and process new job setups, including reviewing project details, scheduling, and monitoring progress Update and manage panel information such as size, volume, square footage, pour dates, loadout dates, and erection schedules Communicate schedule updates and issues with engineering, production, quality control, procurement, and other teams Maintain load status in tracking systems, identify quality issues, and coordinate with loadout and trucking teams Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet production goals Generate reports, manage scheduling tools, and support data tracking efforts Coordinate across departments to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure alignment Other duties as assigned Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in construction scheduling, manufacturing scheduling, or project coordination preferred Experience working in construction, manufacturing, or production environments preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience working with scheduling systems or tracking tools is a plus Skills and Abilities Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on preventing issues before they arise Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams Comfortable escalating issues while maintaining positive working relationships Ability to maintain accuracy when handling detailed scheduling data Core Values Determination : Meet challenges head on Innovation : Always look for better Well-Being : Seek the success, health, and happiness of all Benefits Competitive compensation, paid weekly Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, including Kaiser and VSP options Medical FSA Dependent Care FSA Employer-paid life insurance Voluntary ancillary benefits including Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, and Whole Life Insurance 401k matching: 100 percent of the first 3 percent, then 50 percent of the next 2 percent Benefits are subject to a waiting period.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in construction scheduling, manufacturing scheduling, or project coordination preferred
  • Experience working in construction, manufacturing, or production environments preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on preventing issues before they arise
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams
