About The Position

This is a temporary, project-based position lasting no longer than three months. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9 am to 3 pm, with an hourly rate starting at $22. The role involves assisting with data entry, filing, and document management, updating a training database, and supporting the training portion of all audits. The assistant will also support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks, handle confidential information with discretion, and exercise sound judgment. Other duties as assigned to support office operations.

Requirements

  • Maintenance of an acceptable CORI and fingerprinting
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Negative drug screen
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Must maintain skills necessary to safely and efficiently operate office equipment and machines used in the performance of this job
