ARSI® is hiring a full-time Clerical Assistant at its Wichita office. The role supports customer service, client needs, and consumers resolving account balances while representing clients professionally and with care. Responsibilities may change at management’s discretion based on business needs.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent driving record.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.

• Bilingual Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and correctly transfer calls.
• Take payments from consumers.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Scan and image documents.
• Perform data entry.
• Run errands.
