Requirements

  • Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Meet the PA residency requirement.
  • Be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and revise correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and various materials to support recovery activities
  • Maintain filing systems, logs, databases, and tracking tools to ensure accurate and up to date information
  • Coordinate outreach logistics, training communications, and responses to community inquiries related to the National Flood Insurance Program
  • Operate office equipment, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and assist visitors and callers to keep daily operations running smoothly
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and staff, including preparing reports and assisting with program activities
  • Support completion of required training courses and maintain clerical manuals and documentation
