Requirements

• Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Must meet the PA residency requirement.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports.
• Must pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Scan documents, categorize electronic images, and prepare them for proper attachment and notification
• Enter information from forms into CIS, Mapper, and other automated systems
• Access automated systems to obtain needed information for program operations
• Prepare letters, forms, reports, and envelopes
• File documents, maintain case records, and purge records according to retention schedules
• Greet visitors, determine their needs, and provide accurate information or referrals
