Cleaning Technician Weekends - Neenah 23961 (Fox Valley Operations Non-Medical)
About The Position
KleenMark is hiring a part-time Cleaning Technician in Neenah to maintain the cleanliness of a building by performing a variety of cleaning duties. Tasks and hours may vary depending on building size and the number of teammates, and duties may change during employment. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., for a total of 8 hours per week. Pay is $18.50. The role offers a $300 retention bonus: $100 after 30 days, $100 after 60 days, and $100 after 90 days. Employees are expected to report to work on time, work extra hours when needed, follow safety policies and procedures, maintain a positive attitude while providing customer service, and assess the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors, and replenish bathroom supplies.
- Polish metal fixtures and fittings.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; perform other floor work such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing as required.
- Clean and disinfect break rooms and kitchenettes, including sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, and refrigerators, and replenish supplies.
- Dust furniture, equipment, and partitions.
- Empty wastebaskets and recycling containers and transport waste to the disposal area.
- Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, including hip or backpack vacuums.
- Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, and sills.
- Report to work on time and work extra hours when needed.
- Follow required safety policies and procedures, including those for using cleaning chemicals and reporting incidents.
- Provide positive customer service to internal and external customers.
- Determine whether assigned work meets expectations for neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness.
