About The Position
KleenMark is hiring a part-time Cleaning Technician in Brownsville, Wisconsin. The role maintains the cleanliness of the assigned building through a variety of cleaning duties. Specific duties and hours may vary depending on the building’s size and the number of teammates, and tasks may change during employment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Pay is $17.50–$18.25. Employees are expected to report to work on time, work extra hours when needed, follow safety policies and procedures, provide positive customer service, and ensure assigned work is neat, accurate, and thorough. Requirements
- Ability to perform the listed cleaning duties and assess the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work.
- Comply with applicable safety policies and procedures.
- Provide positive customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect restroom sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors; replenish bathroom supplies and polish metal fixtures and fittings.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; perform other floor care such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing as required.
- Clean and disinfect break room or kitchenette sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, and refrigerators; replenish supplies.
- Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, and other surfaces.
- Empty wastebaskets and recyclables and transport them to the disposal area.
- Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, including hip or backpack vacuums.
- Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, and sills.
- Follow safety policies and procedures, including those for cleaning chemicals and incident reporting.
- Provide positive customer service and ensure assigned work is neat, accurate, and thorough.
- Report to work on time and work extra hours when needed.
