About The Position

KleenMark is hiring a part-time Cleaning Technician / Floater in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The employee will be cross-trained in deporting, mailroom, and light maintenance at Oshkosh Corporation and Oshkosh Defense. Cleaning Technicians maintain building cleanliness by performing a variety of duties. Specific tasks and hours may vary depending on the building and team, and duties may change during employment.

Work is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with hours that may vary, for approximately 20 hours per week. The position pays $18. The employee is expected to arrive on time, work extra hours when needed, follow safety policies and procedures, provide excellent customer service, and ensure assigned work is neat, accurate, and thorough.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restroom sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors; replenish bathroom supplies and polish metal fixtures and fittings.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; perform other floor work such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing as required.
• Clean and disinfect break-room and kitchenette sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, and refrigerators; replenish supplies.
• Dust furniture, equipment, and partitions.
• Empty wastebaskets and recycling containers and transport waste to the disposal area.
• Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, including hip or backpack vacuums.
• Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, and sills.
• Cross-train in deporting, mailroom, and light maintenance at Oshkosh Corporation and Oshkosh Defense.
• Report to work on time and work extra hours when needed.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and reporting incidents.
• Provide positive customer service to internal and external customers and ensure assigned work is neat, accurate, and thorough.
