About The Position
The Fill-In/Floater ensures assigned areas are cleaned properly. Assignments may vary between shifts and buildings. The role includes overseeing other cleaners’ work, following daily direction from the Account Manager or Area Supervisor, and performing a variety of facility-cleaning duties while providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. This is a full-time, second-shift position. Employees working in medical facilities must wear a mask and gloves throughout their shift; necessary personal protective equipment is provided.

Responsibilities
- Oversee other cleaners’ work to ensure assigned areas are cleaned properly.
- Receive and follow daily direction from the Account Manager or Area Supervisor.
- Maintain facility cleanliness by performing various cleaning duties.
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
- Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using brooms, mops, and powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using a vacuum cleaner.
- Dust furniture and equipment.
- Polish metalwork, including fixtures and fittings.
- Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and windowsills.
- Empty wastebaskets and recycling bins and transport contents to the disposal area.
- Replenish bathroom supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Report to work on time and work overtime as required.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record if required to travel for business.
