About The Position

KleenMark is hiring Cleaning Technicians to maintain the cleanliness of a building in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., at $17.50 per hour, with a $350 sign-on bonus. Duties and hours may vary depending on the building and team size, and assigned tasks may change during employment. Cleaning duties may include cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and break rooms; replenishing supplies; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors; dusting furniture and equipment; emptying and transporting trash and recyclables; and cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, walls, woodwork, windows, doors, and partitions. Required PPE includes steel-toe or composite-toe shoes or boots, a safety vest, safety glasses, and earplugs. Employees working in medical facilities must wear a mask and gloves throughout their shift; KleenMark provides necessary PPE.

Responsibilities

Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures, surfaces, and floors, and replenish bathroom supplies.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, wax, and polish floors as assigned.
Clean and disinfect break rooms and kitchenettes, and replenish supplies.
Dust furniture, equipment, and partitions.
Empty wastebaskets and recycling containers and transport waste to the disposal area.
Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner.
Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, and sills.
Follow safety policies and procedures, including those for cleaning chemicals and incident reporting.
Provide positive customer service to internal and external customers.
Work extra hours when needed.
