SweatHouz Germantown Cleaner
About The Position
SweatHouz is hiring a Cleaner to help maintain its premium wellness studio, which features private infrared saunas, cold plunges, and vitamin-C showers. The Cleaner works with Sales Associates and the Studio Manager to keep the studio clean, sanitary, and well cared for. The role does not involve working directly with clients, but the Cleaner will be around clients during the day and is expected to look professional and be friendly. This is light cleaning in a calm, high-end setting rather than warehouse or heavy industrial work. The position is scheduled for 30 hours per week and requires availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and weekends, including midday shifts on weekends. An immediate start is available. Cleaning experience is helpful but not required; experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness studios, spas, or boutique retail is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize private suites, restrooms, and showers.
- Deep clean infrared saunas and cold plunges.
- Keep the lobby, hallways, and staff areas clean.
- Wash towels and linens as needed.
- Empty trash and restock supplies.
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety rules.
- Notify the Studio Manager when repairs or restocking are needed.
- Work alongside Sales Associates during studio hours.
