Requirements

• Kitchen or line cook experience, or willingness to learn in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Take pride in work and pay attention to details.
• Stay organized, communicate clearly, and work well with a team.
• Maintain a good pace during busy shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients and set up the station for service.
• Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Keep orders moving accurately and on time during busy service.
• Communicate with the kitchen and dining room team to support smooth service.
• Keep the station clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.
