The Administrative Support/Classroom Coordinator is responsible for making sure all classrooms are in compliance with Kiddie Academy policies and procedures. They are to maintain the overall atmosphere, inner structure, and stability within each classroom. Coordinators maintain the staff schedules on a daily basis. The Classroom Coordinator does not make managerial decisions such as hiring or firing employees, nor discipline (towards staff) of any kind. The approach is not disciplinary, but it was designed as a coaching, redirecting, and hands-on training position for staff support. As part of the team, the classroom coordinator is responsible for maintaining the inner structure of the school, in order to ensure that the overall environment is functioning to its optimal potential; the classrooms are the main focus. It's important to know the weaknesses and strengths of the center in order to see what the needs are. Solutions should always be positive and cohesive to the issues. The support that is provided by you should be equally distributed throughout the school regardless of any circumstances. All staff should feel respected and supported by your position.
