About The Position

Denali Water Solutions is seeking an experienced, safety-focused Class A CDL Route Driver to operate tractor-trailers with 30- to 45-foot open-top end-dump trailers. Routes primarily originate in the Des Moines area and are local, allowing drivers to return home nightly; occasional interstate travel may be required based on operational needs. The position is full-time and hourly, with competitive pay of up to $30.00 per hour, paid weekly, and potential annual earnings of $97,500. The schedule is five days per week, generally starting between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m.; weekend work may be necessary. Hours may be flexible and reach approximately 50 per week during busy seasons. Drivers transport materials safely and efficiently, inspect and maintain equipment, complete required documentation, and communicate with dispatch, customers, vendors, and operations personnel.
