About The Position

Denali Water Solutions is seeking an experienced, safety-focused Class A CDL Route Driver to operate tractor-trailers with 30- to 45-foot open-top end-dump trailers. Routes primarily originate in the Des Moines area and are mostly local, allowing drivers to return home nightly; occasional interstate travel may be required based on operational needs. Drivers transport materials safely and efficiently, inspect equipment, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate with dispatch and customers. The role involves working independently in outdoor and industrial environments and requires attentiveness to potential equipment issues. Drivers may work up to approximately 50 hours per week during busy seasons. PTO and sick time are available from day one, and eligible new hires may receive a $7,500 sign-on bonus paid in installments. The position requires a valid Class A CDL, a current DOT medical card, and compliance with applicable transportation and safety requirements. It includes physical work such as lifting up to 70 pounds, climbing, bending, and working outdoors in changing weather and around food-waste materials. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring sound judgment and sustained attention.
