About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional driver for a company-owned truck position for the Venice, FL Terminal. This is a full-time, company driver (W2) position for Over-The-Road (OTR) nationwide routes. Compensation is calculated on a per-mile basis for all odometer/GPS miles (full & empty), with an average weekly gross of approximately $2,000 - $2,500 based on experience. Additional pay and bonuses are available, including extra stop pay and a per-diem tax benefit. Routes primarily run from the Southeast to the Northwest and vice-versa, excluding the Northeast states. We offer newer equipment, a fuel card, cash advances, and direct deposits upon completion of round-trips. We also provide bonus pay for extra stops, exceptional work, and clean inspections. The majority of loads are no-touch, with extra pay for driver-assist if required. Health insurance and PTO are not currently available.

Requirements

Class A CDL.
Current DOT Physical.
No DOT record/preventable accidents in the past 12 months.
No major violation in the past 36 months (reckless driving or careless endangerment).
No more than 3 minor violations during the last 3 years, with no more than 2 violations in the same 12-month span.
No DUI in the past 60 months (5 years).
Overall safe driving record.
Must have a TWIC card or obtain it within 30 days of employment.
No positive drug/alcohol tests.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Experience pulling a 53' dry van or refrigerated trailer.
Must speak English.
