About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional driver for a company-owned truck position for the Venice, FL Terminal. This is a full-time, company driver position with a weekly gross of approximately $2,000 - $2,500 based on experience. The position is OTR/Nationwide, with routes from SE to NW and NW to SE, excluding North East States. We offer a per-diem tax benefit and encourage veterans to apply. No mandatory vaccines are required.

Requirements

Class A CDL.
Current DOT Physical.
No DOT record/preventable accidents in the past 12 months.
No major violation in the past 36 months (reckless driving or careless endangerment).
No more than 3 minor violations during the last 3 years, with no more than 2 violations in the same 12-month span.
No DUI in the past 60 months (5 years).
Overall safe driving record.
Must have a TWIC card or obtain it within 30 days of employment.
No positive drug/alcohol tests.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Experience pulling a 53' dry van or refrigerated trailer.
Must speak English.

Responsibilities

Operate a company-owned truck for OTR/Nationwide routes.
Complete routes from SE to NW and NW to SE, avoiding North East States.
Handle 90% no-touch loads; driver-assist loads will be paid extra.
Manage easy paperwork and utilize a fuel card and cash advance for OTR expenses.
Ensure compliance with Federal and Florida DOT and HOS rules.
