About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated, professional driver for a company-owned truck position at the Venice, FL Terminal. This is a full-time, W2 position for an Over-The-Road (OTR) / Nationwide driver. Compensation is based on a per-mile basis for all odometer/GPS miles, with an average weekly gross of $2,000 - $2,500 depending on experience. The role includes extra stop pay and other additional pay/bonuses, along with a per-diem tax benefit. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Class A CDL.
• Current DOT Physical.
• No DOT record/preventable accidents in the past 12 months.
• No major violation in the past 36 months (reckless driving or careless endangerment).
• No more than 3 minor violations in the last 3 years, with no more than 2 in the same 12-month span.
• No DUI in the past 60 months (5 years).
• Overall safe driving record.
• Must have a TWIC card or obtain it within 30 days of employment.
• No positive drug/alcohol tests.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Experience pulling a 53' dry van or refrigerated trailer.
• Must speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company-owned truck on OTR/Nationwide routes.
• Adhere to Federal and Florida DOT and HOS rules.
• Manage easy paperwork.
• Handle fuel card and cash advance for OTR expenses.
• Complete round-trips and return to the terminal for direct deposits.
• Assist with loads if driver-assist is required.
