Join a growing team that focuses on relationships. This role involves working 4-5 days per week, starting and ending in Mitchell, South Dakota, with home daily and no scheduled weekends. The position offers rapid pay increases, extremely low medical insurance rates, and rapidly accruing PTO time. A $1,500 new CDL Driver bonus and $1,000 referral bonuses are available, along with quarterly bonuses. A CDL Training program is offered for those wanting a career with the company. The job utilizes your CDL license, is a Mon-Fri route, has you home every night, and helps keep you fit. For those without a CDL, paid on-the-job training is available, pairing new drivers with experienced ones for hands-on experience to gain the skills needed to obtain a CDL and take over their own route. Work approximately 45 hours per week in 4 days (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri), generally starting between 4am-5am. Responsibilities include picking up packed trailers, following delivery routes, building loads for customers, attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets, working with customers on product placement, getting required signatures, and developing relationships with repeat customers. Occasional assistance with routes in Sioux Falls may be required.

Requirements

18 years old
Current Class A CDL, or ability to obtain within 3 months
Good driving record
