About The Position

The Claims System Coordinator will develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s claims software systems and manage business activities related to planning, development, programming, maintenance, and testing of the claims software. The role involves regular communication with business and technical personnel to facilitate software changes and troubleshoot system errors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or technical field.
• Strong computer aptitude and comfort working with data.
• Exposure to Excel, SQL, VBA, or similar tools through coursework, work experience, or personal projects.

• Manage business activities concerning the planning, development, programming, maintenance, and testing of claims software.
• Communicate regularly with business and technical personnel to facilitate software changes.
• Troubleshoot claims system errors.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the claims software systems.
