About The Position

The Claims System Coordinator will develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s claims software systems and manage business activities related to planning, development, programming, maintenance, and testing of the claims software. The role regularly communicates with business and technical personnel to facilitate software changes and troubleshoot system errors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or technical field.
• Strong computer aptitude and comfort working with data.
• Exposure to Excel, SQL, VBA, or similar tools through coursework, work experience, or personal projects.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain an in-depth understanding of the claims software systems.
• Manage business activities related to planning, developing, programming, maintaining, and testing claims software.
• Communicate regularly with business and technical personnel to facilitate software changes.
• Troubleshoot system errors.
