Claims Adjuster, Litigation (AV)

Reserv•Atlanta, GA

About The Position

The AV Litigation Adjuster manages lawsuits arising from autonomous and driver-assist vehicle incidents from service through resolution. The role handles cases that may combine standard negligence allegations with product-liability and technology claims. It directs defense counsel, manages discovery involving sensitive technical data, and pursues early, well-supported resolutions. The adjuster evaluates liability and damages using vehicle data, video, software and sensor records, and expert input. The role also manages counsel and litigation budgets, retains specialists, sets reserves, makes settlement recommendations, negotiates resolutions, and pursues contribution, indemnity, and subrogation where appropriate. The position tracks developments in autonomous-vehicle law and regulation and reports on claims inventory, trends, and key cases. This is a 100% remote, home-based role. Reserv describes its remote-first culture as focused on empathy, transparency, and empowerment, and says it seeks to reduce administrative work and improve the claims role.
