Claims Adjuster, Bodily Injury (AV)

Reserv•Atlanta, GA

About The Position

The AV BI Adjuster investigates, evaluates, and resolves bodily injury claims arising from incidents involving autonomous and driver-assist vehicles. Claims may involve passengers, pedestrians, cyclists, and occupants of other vehicles. The role combines traditional bodily injury evaluation with analysis of who was in control, what the vehicle system did, and whether a claim should be resolved or defended. The position involves building liability analysis using vehicle data, video, and remote-assistance records; communicating with claimants and other parties; evaluating injuries and damages; maintaining reserves; negotiating settlements; and documenting decisions in complete, audit-ready claim files. The adjuster identifies litigation, product-liability, and regulatory risks and works with internal and AV-operator safety and legal partners on sensitive or high-visibility incidents.
