About The Position
Arbella is seeking a dynamic Claim Service Specialist to help customers through their toughest challenges. In this role, you will be an advocate for our customers, speaking directly with individuals who have recently experienced a loss, inspecting damage, and investigating documentation to ensure accurate and fair record-keeping. You will be responsible for thoroughly checking claim case facts, determining coverage, liability, and reserves, and accurately reporting on each settlement. This role requires effective negotiation skills to navigate settlements with individuals, attorneys, and other insurance carriers with poise and professionalism. You will also prepare and maintain well-written files and keep your teams updated on current claims. Arbella offers comprehensive training for those new to the insurance industry, focusing on customer service and communication skills.
Requirements

Responsibilities
