About The Position

State Farm is proactively building a pool of qualified candidates for anticipated Claim Associate openings in the next 3–6 months. Candidates may need to complete employment screenings before specific openings are identified and will be contacted if a matching position becomes available. Claim Associates help customers through the claims process while providing Remarkable® service. The role involves customer calls, claim investigation, applying policy coverage, and documenting claim files. This is a hybrid position, combining work from home with collaborative in-office work. During training, employees may spend more time in the office. Hours of operation may change according to business needs, and employees must be willing to work flexible shifts and may be asked to work overtime or irregular hours. Employees must complete required training, applicable proficiency and licensing exams, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Support customers through personalized, caring, and simple interactions.
