About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking an attorney with at least five years of experience handling premises, auto, Labor Law 240, and other general liability matters to join its New York City office. Trial experience is preferred. The practice is team-based and collaborative, with meaningful client interaction and opportunities for professional development and practice growth. The attorney will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates and is not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial on day one. Through hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, the attorney can develop toward full case management at an individual pace. Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills are valued and developed within the litigation groups.
