About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Civil Defense Attorney to join its Westchester, New York office. The attorney will handle premises, auto, Labor Law 240, and other general liability matters. Trial experience is preferred. The practice is team-based and collaborative, with meaningful client interaction and opportunities for professional development and practice growth. Attorneys work closely with experienced shareholders and associates and receive mentoring, hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, with the aim of developing toward full case management at their own pace. Requirements
