About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than sixty years of service to corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking a Civil Defense Attorney for its New Haven, Connecticut office. The attorney will assist with defending rideshare liability, product liability, and general liability cases. The practice is team-based and collaborative, with meaningful client interaction and opportunities for professional development and practice growth. The attorney will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates and is not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial on the first day. The firm provides hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting to support development toward full case management. Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills are valued and refined within the litigation groups. Requirements
- At least 5 years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist in defending rideshare liability cases.
