About The Position
Marshall Dennehey is seeking a Civil Defense Attorney to join its Casualty team in the Roseland, New Jersey office. The opportunity is intended for an attorney with 1–5 years of litigation experience who wants to develop a long-term litigation career in a fast-paced, collaborative practice with meaningful client interaction and opportunities for professional development and practice growth. Attorneys work closely with experienced shareholders and associates who provide mentoring and skill development. The position is not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial immediately. Through hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, the attorney can develop toward full case management at their own pace. Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills are valued and refined within the litigation groups.
