About The Position
HCRC Staffing is seeking a motivated Chiropractor to join a growing, multidisciplinary clinic in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, approximately 15 miles northeast of Minneapolis. The role offers an established patient base and collaboration with a Nurse Practitioner, rehabilitation technicians, and a supportive integrated medical team. The position has a Monday-through-Thursday schedule, with Fridays and weekends off. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 annually, plus uncapped monthly performance bonuses. Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota.
- Proficiency in diversified adjusting and soft tissue techniques.

- Willingness to learn Torque Release Technique (preferred, not required).
Responsibilities
- Provide chiropractic adjustments and patient-centered care.
- Perform consultations, examinations, X-ray reviews, and re-examinations.
- Use diversified adjusting, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitation therapies.
- Collaborate with medical providers and rehabilitation staff on treatment plans.
- Educate patients on wellness, injury prevention, and recovery.
- Participate in occasional community outreach events.
