About The Position

LifeClinic is hiring a Chiropractor for its Biltmore, Arizona location. LifeClinic’s mission is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. The chiropractor provides adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehabilitation exercises inside Life Time facilities. The practice model features 30-minute, one-to-one patient visits, a health-conscious patient base, and primarily cash-based sessions. LifeClinic provides a proven practice blueprint and extensive training. Schedule flexibility, such as reducing workdays or clinic hours, may be available after the revenue target is met. The position starts at a salary of $80,000, which may increase based on experience and qualifications. It is also eligible for monthly incentives tied to performance metrics, with potential total cash compensation of $150,000 or more per year. While building a client base to meet performance expectations, the chiropractor is expected to work 50 or more hours per week and Saturday mornings; this period usually takes six months. The role also involves marketing to potential patients, presenting care plans, and delivering exceptional patient care using LifeClinic’s processes.

Responsibilities

Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
Design and guide patients through rehabilitation exercise programs, monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
Present personalized care plans, including financial and scheduling options, and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up.
Maintain accurate and timely SOAP note documentation.
Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
Use LifeClinic’s proven processes.
Engage with potential patients on the fitness floor, including demonstrating soft tissue techniques.
Present financial care plans and encourage patients to commit to treatment plans.
