About The Position

LifeClinic is hiring a Chiropractor to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance within Life Time facilities. The chiropractor provides individualized adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation exercises. The practice model features 30-minute, one-to-one visits, a health-conscious patient base, and primarily cash-based sessions. LifeClinic provides a proven practice model and extensive training. Schedule flexibility, such as reducing workdays or clinic hours, may be available after the revenue target is met. The position starts at $80,000 and pays up to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications. It is also eligible for a monthly incentive tied to performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000 or more per year. While building a client base—usually over approximately six months—the chiropractor is expected to work 50 or more hours per week, including Saturday mornings, and to participate in marketing, such as demonstrating soft tissue techniques on the fitness floor. The role combines clinical care with patient acquisition, relationship management, and administrative operations. The chiropractor uses LifeClinic processes, communicates effectively with patients, promotes services, presents care plans, and collaborates with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals to support integrated care.

Responsibilities

Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
Design and guide patients through rehabilitation exercise programs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
Engage with potential patients on the fitness floor, including demonstrating soft tissue techniques.
Present personalized care plans, including financial and scheduling options, and encourage patients to commit to treatment plans.
Build long-term patient relationships through consistent follow-up.
Maintain accurate and timely SOAP note documentation.
Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
Use LifeClinic’s proven processes and provide exceptional patient care.
