About The Position

LifeClinic, part of Life Time, seeks a Chiropractor to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. The role provides chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehabilitation exercises within Life Time facilities. The practice model features 30-minute, one-on-one patient visits, a health-conscious patient base, and primarily cash-based sessions. LifeClinic offers a proven practice blueprint and extensive training. Schedule flexibility, such as reducing workdays or clinic hours, may be available after meeting revenue targets.

The starting salary is $80,000, with pay up to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications. The position is also eligible for a monthly incentive tied to performance metrics, with total annual cash compensation potential of $150,000 or more. Building a client base typically takes about six months; during that period, the role requires commitment to working 50 or more hours per week and Saturday mornings.

The Chiropractor delivers clinical care, develops patient relationships, markets services to Life Time members and prospective patients, presents treatment and financial care plans, and manages related documentation and operations. The role collaborates with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals to support integrated care delivery.

Requirements

• Commitment to working 50 or more hours per week and Saturday mornings while building a client base, usually for about six months, to achieve performance expectations.
• Commitment to marketing services, including demonstrating soft tissue techniques.
• Strong clinical knowledge of spinal and extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitation exercise protocols.
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care.
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented approach and commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide patients through rehabilitation exercise programs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients, including engaging with potential patients on the fitness floor and demonstrating soft tissue techniques.
• Present personalized care plans, including financial and scheduling options, and encourage patients to commit to treatment plans.
• Build long-term patient relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and timely SOAP note documentation.
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery.
• Use LifeClinic’s established processes and provide exceptional patient care.
