LifeClinic, part of Life Time, aims to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. The Chiropractor provides chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehabilitation exercises within Life Time facilities. The practice model includes 30-minute, one-to-one patient visits and a primarily cash-based patient model. LifeClinic provides a proven practice blueprint and extensive training. Schedule flexibility, such as reducing workdays or clinic hours, may be available after the revenue target is met. The role includes clinical care as well as patient acquisition and relationship management. The Chiropractor markets services to Life Time members and prospective patients, presents personalized care plans that include financial and scheduling options, and follows up to build long-term patient relationships. The position starts at an $80,000 salary and pays up to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications. It is also eligible for monthly incentives tied to performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000 or more per year. While building a client base—which usually takes about six months—the role requires a commitment to working 50 or more hours per week and Saturday mornings. LifeClinic expects commitment to marketing, strong patient communication, excellent patient care, and use of its established processes.
