About The Position
Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is seeking an experienced, caring, and energetic professional to join its team in a child enrichment role. The position is suited to former teachers, preschool educators, childcare professionals, youth program leaders, and others passionate about child development who want to work outside a traditional classroom or daycare setting. As a key member of the team, the employee will help lead the childcare program and create a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment where children can learn, play, and thrive while their parents focus on health and wellness. The role also involves creating positive experiences for children and building lasting relationships with families.
