About The Position

The Nest Schools, founded in 2021, is a new Early Childhood organization operated by experienced professionals. They are seeking a School Director who values Early Childhood Education and recognizes teachers as professional educators. Each school is supported by a full-time curriculum and education specialist, and classroom budgets are provided for learning materials. Requirements

• Previous Director Experience required.
• Preferably in large school.
• Early Childhood Education background.
• Director Credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the school with a focus on the value of Early Childhood Education.
• Embrace the idea that teachers are Early Childhood Professional Educators.
• Ensure teachers can deliver envisioned experiences with provided classroom budgets.
• Focus on the quality of programs and children, families, and staff.
• Manage administrative duties with support from centralized billing and receivables.
