About The Position

The Nest Schools, founded in 2021, is a new Early Childhood organization operated by experienced early childhood professionals. Our vision is to raise a world of kind, healthy, happy, and inspired children, aiming to be the worldwide leader in early childhood programs. We are seeking a School Director who values Early Childhood Education and recognizes teachers as Early Childhood Professional Educators. Each school is supported by a full-time curriculum and education specialist, and classroom budgets are provided for learning materials and crafts. The Nest Schools actively strives to be a "Best Workplace" through programs focused on WELLNESS, INNOVATION, KINDNESS, and FUN.

Requirements

• Previous Director Experience required. Preferably in large school.
• Early Childhood Education Required.
• Director Credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a school within The Nest Schools organization.
• Embrace the idea that teachers are Early Childhood Professional Educators.
• Focus on the quality of programs and children, families, and staff.
• Manage classroom budgets for learning materials and crafts.
• Participate in Director Retreats for training.
• Engage in professional development opportunities such as NAEYC conferences and Nest Conferences.
• Fellowship with other directors regionally and throughout the company.
