About The Position

Richmond Hill Montessori, part of the Endeavor Schools Family, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director (School Leader) to provide day-to-day leadership to the school. The school serves students ranging in age from infants to early learners at its campus in Richmond Hill, GA. The role involves inspiring positive community interactions, ensuring quality care and education for all children, and fostering the development of educational environments and staff. The chosen candidate will also facilitate the implementation of a Reggio-inspired curriculum in a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment that supports each child’s social, emotional, and intellectual growth and development, while creating a family-focused environment that encourages the school community’s growth. Endeavor Schools aims to empower its schools with tools, resources, and support to deliver on promises to children and families, striving to create optimal teaching and learning environments.

Requirements

Equivalent combination of AA degree, training, and 3-5 years' experience in the field of Education will be considered
Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience with strong performance results
Proficiency with technology and software applications including current version of MS Office

Nice To Haves

A Bachelor’s degree in Education is preferred
