About The Position

At Richmond Hill Montessori, we believe in the power of passionate educators to unleash children’s potential. As part of the Endeavor Schools Family, Richmond Hill Montessori is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director (School Leader) to provide day-to-day leadership for students ranging from infants to early learners at our campus in Richmond Hill, GA. We are looking for a passionate leader eager to learn and collaborate with a strong team of educators. The primary objectives of this role are to inspire positive community interactions, ensure quality care and education for all children, and foster the development of educational environments and staff. The chosen candidate will also facilitate the implementation of the Reggio-inspired curriculum in a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment that supports each child’s social, emotional, and intellectual growth, and create a family-focused environment that encourages the school community’s growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education or an equivalent combination of AA degree, training, and 3-5 years' experience in the field of Education
Meet specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience with strong performance results
Proficiency with technology and software applications including current version of MS Office
