About The Position

Join Celebree School as a Childcare Aide/Assistant Teacher, supporting the school's mission to protect, educate, and nurture children. In this entry-level role, you will assist lead teachers in maintaining high standards of care and education and help meet each child's individual needs. Requirements

At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Assist lead teachers with classroom management and compliance with regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
Assist in creating and implementing thorough, timely, age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans in accordance with Celebree's curriculum.
Assist with effective classroom transitions.
Assist and supervise children during activities, and counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
Help maintain the classroom's appearance, cleanliness, and safety.
Maintain a positive, professional image and follow uniform requirements.
Communicate effectively with parents by greeting them by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, providing positive feedback, and sharing regular updates about children's development and classroom happenings.
