About The Position

Join Celebree as a Childcare Aide/Assistant Teacher and help fulfill its values to protect, educate, and nurture. This entry-level position supports lead teachers in maintaining high standards of care and education and meeting each child’s individual needs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00–6:30 p.m. The position includes no nights or weekends.

Requirements

At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Assist lead teachers with classroom management and ensure compliance with regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
Assist in creating and implementing thorough, timely, age-appropriate, and stimulating lesson plans in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum.
Assist in managing effective classroom transitions.
Assist and supervise children during activities, and counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
Maintain the classroom’s appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment.
Present a positive and professional image while adhering to uniform requirements.
Communicate effectively with parents by greeting them by name, addressing concerns promptly, providing positive feedback, and sharing regular updates about children’s development and classroom activities.
