At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Assist lead teachers with classroom management and ensure compliance with regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
Assist in creating and implementing thorough, timely, age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum.
Assist in managing effective classroom transitions.
Assist and supervise children during activities, and counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
Maintain the classroom’s appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment.
Present a positive and professional image and adhere to uniform requirements.
Communicate effectively with parents, including greeting them by name, addressing concerns promptly, providing positive feedback, and sharing regular updates on children’s development and classroom activities.
