Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Assist lead teachers with classroom management and compliance with regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
Assist in creating and implementing timely, thorough, age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum.
Assist in managing classroom transitions.
Assist and supervise children during activities and counsel them as needed using positive, appropriate discipline techniques.
Maintain the classroom’s appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment.
Maintain a positive, professional image and adhere to uniform requirements.
Communicate effectively with parents by greeting them by name, addressing concerns promptly, providing positive feedback, and sharing regular updates about their child’s development and classroom activities.
