Responsibilities

Assist lead teachers with classroom management and ensure compliance with regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
Assist in creating and implementing thorough, timely, age-appropriate, and stimulating lesson plans in accordance with Celebree's curriculum.
Assist in managing effective classroom transitions.
Assist and supervise children during activities, and counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
Maintain the classroom's appearance, cleanliness, and safety.
Present a positive, professional image and adhere to uniform requirements.
Communicate effectively with parents by greeting them by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child's development and classroom activities.
